How do I collect my prints?
After payment, your job is sent directly to the selected APM. Walk up to the machine and scan the QR code or enter your confirmation code.
What happens if paper runs out?
If a kiosk is out of paper, the job stays pending until restocked. Open Help to send a ticket with your order ID — refunds are reviewed against the kiosk log.

Tap the Scan button in the bottom navigation bar or on the home screen. Point your phone camera at the QR code displayed on the physical kiosk screen.
💳 What payment methods are accepted? ▼
We support all UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, and SelfPrintz Wallet balances.
⚠️ Paper jam or print failed. How do I get a refund? ▼
If a kiosk fails mid-print, open a ticket below or contact WhatsApp/phone from this page. Refunds are reviewed against the kiosk log and payment status — they are not always instant.
🖼️ Can I crop or adjust images before printing? ▼
Yes! Upload your image and use our built-in Image Editor to fit, crop, rotate, adjust brightness/contrast, or convert to B&W.
